The Rehome Ukraine platform is owned and operated by Global Blood Fund (GBF), a charity registered in England and Wales (1162880) and a 501(c)(3) non-profit registered in Oklahoma, USA (39-2071848). By using the Rehome Ukraine Platform, you agree to comply with these terms.

OUR MISSION: The Rehome Ukraine platform provides assistance to people fleeing Ukraine who are looking for accommodation and sponsorship (Home Seekers). We will try to match Home Seekers with volunteers on the Platform who are able to offer accommodation in the UK or other country (Home Offerors). Rehome Ukraine’s mission ends at the point of an agreed (by matched Home Offerors and Home Seekers) pairing. The matched pair may subsequently choose to apply for visas etc. via the UK Government’s Homes for Ukraine scheme or an equivalent program in another country, activity for which they are solely responsible. This responsibility includes costs, consequences and all other matters arising.

ACCESS TO THE PLATFORM: We permit access to the Homes Ukraine platform to you on a temporary basis, and reserve the right to withdraw your access or amend the content we or you provide without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason the platform and content is unavailable at any time or for any period. You agree that we may share your personal data with software partners and other users of the platform for the purposes of matching you. We will only use your personal information as set out in our privacy policy.

THIRD PARTY AND USER-GENERATED CONTENT: The Rehome Ukraine platform includes information and materials uploaded by users and links to third-party sites. This information and these materials have not been verified or approved by us. Any content you upload will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. You agree that all information and content you upload to the Rehome Ukraine platform is accurate, truthful, up-to-date and not misleading to us or other users.

CONDUCT OF USERS: You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for interactions with other users of the Rehome Ukraine platform, and that you are solely responsible for all content you publish or post. You agree not to post, distribute or reproduce any copyright material without the necessary permissions. You agree not to submit any content that contains offensive, obscene or otherwise unlawful references or offensive language.

OUR RESPONSIBILITY: GBF is not acting as an agent in any capacity for Home Seekers or Home Offerors. While we endeavour to ensure that matches are successful, we cannot control or be responsible for the conduct of users, nor can we be responsible for any decisions made by the UK, US, Canada or other governments or influencing authorities. We do not therefore guarantee the quality, safety, suitability or legality of any matches or the accuracy or completeness of any information, descriptions or other content. In using the platform you agree that you will be solely responsible for carrying out your own due diligence on any potential matches and, where a match is agreed by both parties, you and the paired party will work together and be jointly responsible for making all necessary arrangements thereafter and be solely responsible for any and all consequences. Unless caused by our negligence, we will not liable to you for any loss or damage arising out of use of, or inability to use, the Rehome Ukraine platforms. While we endeavour to keep our site as safe as possible you should use your own virus protection software before visiting this and other sites.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS AND APPLICABLE LAW We may update and change the platform from time to time to improve our services and respond to changes in the law or regulatory requirements. This may necessitate changes to these terms. Please ensure each time you use the platform that you understand the terms that apply at that time. Any dispute or claims will be dealt with under the law of Oklahoma, USA.
